Job profile
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Responsibilities:
- Source new Sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails,
- Understand customer needs and requirements,
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure,
- Close Sales and achieve monthly goals 5) Research & identify key players,
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals,
- Perform effective online Demos to Prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven Inside Sales / Sales experience.
- Performance Track record of achieving targets.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Knowledge of SAAS / CRM would be preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s Degree Preferable
