Business Analyst

We’re in search of talented Business Analysts to collaborate closely with our product team, ensuring the seamless progression of our B2B SaaS product development and proficient data management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of strategy documents.
  • Leading projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Building and maintaining project and resourcing (capacity/demand) plans, including work hours and budgets (where applicable).
  • Data scrubbing - Converting client provided data (excel format) to AIR/ client proprietary tool format
  • Creating presentation decks using PowerPoint
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • Experience working in a technology environment
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience project coordination or related role
  • Advanced MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines.
  • Experience putting together presentations and coordinating meetings
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Wireframing and other designing tools
