- Own the on boarding, product training and support function of our Seller Partners once the deal is closed by sales and BD team
- Maintain relationship with the partners by providing support, information and guidance while at the same time recommending new opportunities and service improvements
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Ensure consistent performance reporting, detailing seller satisfaction, complaints and improvements feedback to the senior management
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to enterprise partner needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Self-managed, independent and organized, with prioritization skills
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization.
- Basic Understanding of different Technologies like PHP, React, Angular, Android, iOS, etc.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
